研究顯示，一位 HR 通常看履歷只會看六秒，If you don’t nail it, GAME OVER！
而和一般的求職履歷一樣，英文履歷最重要的就是如何用前三行 Summary 抓住人心。這三行 Summary，必須快狠準的說明兩點：「你是誰」以及「你有什麼能耐」。
透過以下五個簡單步驟，你也能寫出擄獲人心的三行自介！

【Step 1】知己——Your Best Accomplishments
第一步要做的就是了解自己的優勢，可以問自己以下幾個問題，把自己的光榮戰績及長處列出來：
- What are my brightest moments?
- What am I proud of achieving?
- What do I love most about what I do?
- What do I do best?
以我自己為例，光榮事蹟就可以寫：
- YouTuber with ten million+ views
- YouTuber with 200k subscribers
- Cram school teacher teaching 1000+ students
除了戰績外，也列出不管哪個工作，都可以用到的專長
- Fluent English
- Great communication skills
- Team player
【Step 2】知彼——Scan the Job Post & Find out What the Employer Wants
在了解自己優勢後，第二步就是仔細看雇主想要的條件，一可以從問這幾個問題著手：
- Who are they looking for?
- What value do they want an employee to provide?
- What extra skills or qualities not listed would add unexpected value?
舉例來說，以下是 W Hotel 招募 Marketing & Social Media Manager 的需求：
- Marketing experience (1-3 years preferable)
- Strong understanding of the online medium as a distribution and marketing channel
- Extreme familiarity with online social networking tools (Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, YouTube)
- Possess outstanding communication skills, both verbal and written
在做完前兩步後，就可以開始正式撰寫 Summary 了！

【Step 3】找交集——美化你的履歷 & 找出與雇主期望的共通點
結合前面整理出來的「自我專長（Step 1）」及「雇主的要求（Step 2）」，找出交集並開始構思有哪些是值得進行英文撰寫的？

【Step 4】撰寫順序——Start With Title
先從想要的職位 Title（或相關職位）開始撰寫，讓人一目了然知道你要哪個職位。
A social networking manager with 2 + years of experience running a YouTube channel and Facebook Fanpage. Native Chinese speaker with fluent English. Able to customize contents for different Social Networking platforms.
【Step 5】結果及數字作證——Focus on Specific Results to Prove and Demonstrate Value
最後呢，千萬不要忘記加數字及佐證，會更有說服力
A social networking manager with 2+ years of experience running a YouTube channel and Facebook Fanpage. As a native Chinese speaker, I also possess fluent English, scoring 900 + in TOIEC.Able to tailor made contents for different Social Networking platforms, reaching 30% engagement rate on every platform.
