PURPOSE and SCOPE OF THE JOB     
The Climate & Energy Campaigner is responsible for the development and implementation of effective and integrated Climate & Energy campaign work to achieve Greenpeace's mission. The post holder will work in a team composed of campaign, communications & multimedia, action, research, analytics, and fundraising and engagement staff. An effective decision requires an integrated approach and knowledge. The post holder may be assigned to work on projects which involve other Greenpeace offices. The post holder is managed by the Program Manager or Project Manager. Judgment is exercised in leading and managing a project or an area of a project. Decisions made by the post holder significantly impact the success of the project. Discretion is exercised in handling confidential and sensitive information. 


JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

  1. Organize the campaign team, host regular team meetings, and manage budget and campaign administration work.
  2. Monitor Taiwan's political, economic, social, and cultural status quo and trends, and communicate with local or international organizations and government departments for different environmental protection projects.
  3. Monitor public opinion and media to raise public awareness, and get more public support for Greenpeace's campaign demands.
  4. Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders for the flawless execution of projects. 
  5. Develop and implement effective and integrated campaign plans, strategies, and tactics related to the overall vision, goals, and objectives of the organization. 
  6. Organize offline/online activities and conduct research and investigation in relation to the objectives and plans of campaign projects
  7. Actively represent Greenpeace in front of the business, scientific, and government sectors, the environmental community at large, and the media (traditional and new), to achieve campaign objectives and strengthen the profile and credibility of Greenpeace.

  1. 組織團隊、主持會議、行政及預算管理。
  2. 監測台灣政治、經濟、社會及文化現狀及趨勢,並針對不同環保專案議題,與本地或國際性的組織及政府部門溝通互動。
  3. 關注媒體、提升公眾意識,讓綠色和平的訴求得到更多公眾支持。
  4. 負責內外部協調溝通,確保專案執行順暢。
  5. 制訂和實施有效的專案策略,策略規劃需符合專案整體目標。
  6. 組織策畫線下/網路活動,就專案目標進行實地考察和調查研究。
  7. 在企業/政府部門/環境團體/媒體面前代表綠色和平組織,就目標對象提出策略性訴求、遊說,以實現專案目標並增強綠色和平組織的形象和公信力。
     

條件要求

REQUIREMENTS

  1. Strong interpersonal/ teamwork skills
  2. Excellent writing and verbal communication skills. Fluent in written and spoken English is a plus. 
  3. Strong self-management and proven ability to solve problems creatively when facing changes and pressures
  4. Proven ability to efficiently complete projects under public supervision
  5. Curious and sensitive to topic information
  6. Share and agree with Greenpeace's projects, principles, and core values 
  7. Work experience related to energy/environmental protection work is preferred
