/ Key Responsibilities /
Campaign Strategy & Execution:
• Develop and execute performance marketing strategies to achieve business objectives, including customer acquisition, lead generation, and revenue growth.
• Manage paid media campaigns across Google, Meta, YouTube, Line, Tik Tok and other relevant channels, optimising for performance and scale.
Budget Management:
• Allocate and optimise marketing budgets across channels to maximise ROAS.
• Track, manage, and forecast spend while maintaining a balance between budget and performance targets.
Performance Optimisation:
• Continuously test, measure, and optimise campaigns, including A/B testing for creatives, ad copy, landing pages, and audience targeting.
• Use data analytics tools (i.e. GA4, Looker Studio) to monitor performance and identify growth opportunities.
Data & Analytics:
• Perform deep-dive analysis of performance metrics, creating detailed reports on campaign performance, trends, and insights.
• Leverage insights to refine audience segmentation, bidding strategies, and creative assets.
Collaboration & Leadership:
• Work closely with cross-functional teams including creative, BI, and sales to ensure campaigns are aligned with overall marketing objectives.
• Provide guidance to junior team members, if applicable, on best practices in campaign execution.
Innovation & Trends:
• Stay updated on the latest industry trends, tools, and platform updates to implement cutting-edge strategies.
• Propose new channels and tactics to drive growth and expand the reach of paid campaigns.
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
• At least 3-5 years of experience in performance marketing, with a proven track record of managing large-scale digital marketing campaigns.
• Strong knowledge of paid search, paid social, display, and programmatic advertising.
• Proficiency in analytics tools like Google Analytics, Excel, and other reporting platforms.
• Experience with A/B testing, conversion rate optimisation (CRO), and funnel analysis.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work cross-functionally.
• Data-driven mindset with an eye for detail and a passion for continuous optimisation.
