CRM主任/副理

1. Responsible for strategizing, coordination, creation, management &
execution of local member retention and communication strategy.

2. Spearheading member promotion ideation, planning activities in the
campaign calendar at all levels (cross-category, local/regional/group
initiatives, store specific) either through mass member or using
segmentation methodologies to target member lifestyle or RFM.

3. Responsible for member data analytics for strategic and program planning.

4. Understand member needs and trends to ensure the most effective
plans/programs are offered, driving member loyalty and O+O member
sales.

5.Ability to drive a positive influence across cross-functional teams involve
trading, operation, finance and external suppliers to deliver on CRM and
campaign KPI

6. Day to day management and main area of responsibilities are:
6-1. solid grape of CRM data (with reference to market and sales data) for analysis and action
6-2. Member communication (MMP/RFM TMP)
6-3. Supplier collaboration (brand analysis and TMP)
6-4. Reporting and review (local, regional and Group levels)
6-5. A&P Management

1.    Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or a related field
2.    4~5 years of experience in CRM or database marketing, preferably in the beauty or retail industry
3.    Expertise in marketing automation tools and tactics, including email marketing, SMS marketing, and familiar with social media 
4.    Strong understanding of CRM platforms. 
5.    Expertise in data analysis, segmentation, and modeling
6.    Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams. 
7.    A willingness to adapt and change, keeping updated on best practices and trends 
8.    Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
9.    Fluent in English speaking and writing
