4. Oversee administrative management for U.S. office personnel.
5. Manage recruitment activities for the U.S. office.
6. Oversee payroll processing for the U.S. office.
7. Handle administrative management tasks for the U.S. office.
8. Perform other duties as assigned by the supervisor.
1. Minimum of 2 years of experience in office administration.
2. Solid experience in HR functions is highly desirable.
3. Proactive, customer-oriented, with strong communication skills. Meticulous attention to detail and accuracy in administrative tasks. Ability to multitask and effectively prioritize workload.
4. Proficiency in English and Chinese.
