工作內容

The URSROBOT Sales Representative (SR) is responsible for the successful sales, account management service, and support of NEXMOW robotic lawnmowers for their assigned territory. This job requires to regularly interact with customers including distributors, dealers, and landscape service professionals, present URSROBOT solutions, demonstrate the NEXMOW, and train the customer on the use of their NEXMOW.

**Responsibilities**

1. Develop target customer list, work with sales and marketing teams to execute sales plans and achieve sales targets. Finish minimum customer contacts per month (meetings, demos, e-mails, phone calls, etc.)
2. Develop target dealer list, work with sales and marketing teams to create and covert sales leads.
3. Follow up on lead generation from our marketing and inside sales team and properly record notes and follow up tasks in our CRM. Provides daily / weekly input on all pipeline activity (opportunities) and managing the stages of the deal.
4. Travel to appointments to demo, meet and negotiate deals with potential customers.
5. Use best practices in negotiation and sales techniques to close sales.
6. Build and maintain long-lasting, strong relationships with customers while partnering with them to better understand their business objectives and needs.
7. Achievement of monthly, quarterly and annual sales objectives.
8. Manage A/R for your customers.
9. Stay informed on industry-specific trends and landscapes.




 

條件要求

1. Bachelor’s degree
2. Brand management and sales channel management experience is preferred.
3. Excellent negotiation, customer service, and written/verbal communication skills.
4. Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) skills. Competency using a sales CRM tool like Salesforce, HubSpot, etc.
5. Bi-Lingual in Mandarin and Japanese or German or French is a plus.
6. Clean driving record. Willing to travel Valid driver’s license is required.

薪資範圍

面議(經常性薪資達4萬元)
