Business Development Manager 商務發展經理

The Business Development Manager (BDM) is responsible for expanding market opportunities, establishing and strengthening relationships with clients and partners, and driving business growth and strategic collaborations. This role requires keen insight into market trends and industry demands, the ability to identify high-potential clients, and the expertise to deliver innovative business solutions that accelerate product adoption and increase market share.

業務開發經理（BDM）負責拓展市場機會，建立並強化與客戶及合作夥伴的關係，推動業務增長與戰略合作。該職位需具備對市場趨勢和產業需求的敏銳洞察力，能夠識別高潛力客戶，並提供創新的商業解決方案，以加速產品採用並提升市場佔有率。

Responsibilities

► Develop potential clients, gain in-depth understanding of their needs, and provide suitable solutions to achieve sales targets.
     開發潛在客戶，深入了解客戶需求，並提供合適解決方案以達成業績目標。

►  Maintain stable and trust-based relationships with existing clients.
     與公司既有客戶維持穩定且互信的合作關係。

► Expand and maintain partnerships to create new business opportunities and models.
    拓展並維持合作夥伴關係，創造新商機與商業模式。

► Conduct product presentations, demonstrations, business negotiations, and manage accounts receivable.
    負責產品簡報、產品展示、商務談判，並處理帳款回收相關事宜。

► Stay updated on industry trends and identify potential AI applications across various industries.
    了解產業趨勢與脈動，發掘AI於各產業之可能應用情境。

► Collaborate with internal technical consultants and R&D teams to co-create value for clients.
    與內部技術顧問與研發團隊協同合作，共創客戶價值。

►Standardize and optimize internal business and marketing processes.
   針對公司內部業務與行銷流程進行標準化與優化。

• Over 5 years of sales experience, with a background in selling hardware and software solutions for factory-related industries.
   擁有超過五年的業務經驗，具備工廠相關軟硬體解決方案的銷售經驗。

• Possess strong prospecting skills and the ability to develop business in new and existing accounts.

  具備強大的開發潛在客戶能力，能夠在新客戶和現有客戶中拓展業務。

• Effective communication skills with the ability to build influential relationships and deliver results in a cross-functional environmen.
  具備有效的溝通能力，能夠建立有影響力的關係，並在跨部門環境中達成業務目標。
