工作內容
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute social media strategies that align with company goals and objectives and assist in exploring new social channels and strategies for user acquisition growth
- Create and manage social media calendars and content for multiple platforms
- Monitor and analyze social media performance, providing regular reporting and insights
- Stay up-to-date with social media trends and best practices, making recommendations for improvements
- Analyze social media landscape to supply actionable insight (in real-time) to both the social and greater marketing team with hot topics, breaking news, sentiment/market observations.
- Build and maintain relationships with social media influencers and brand ambassadors
- Mentor junior social media team members

Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or a related field
- 5+ years of experience in social media management, with a proven track record of delivering results
- Strong understanding of social media platforms and their respective audiences
- Experience in developing and executing social media campaigns across multiple platforms
- Excellent communication and creative writing skills
- Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret data and provide recommendations for improvements
- Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
- Experience in managing and mentoring team members

NT$ 600,000 - 1,500,000 (年薪)
