Job Duties
主要負責項目包括但不限於以下:
與外部組織/顧問/服務者聯繫,進行主要人力市場情報了解與分析。
定期審查薪酬福利政策,做必要的政策規章修正調整與溝通。
需應對亞洲奧美和WPP集團,做合規管理與執行。
定期主持召開勞資協調會議。
人力資源相關日常流程運作管理。
有志將專業領域擴展到DE&I, 參與公司內相關的人資專案企劃與執行。
Responsible of projects including but not limited to monthly payroll, staff cost management, annual salary review, employee welfare management, market benchmarking, incentive scheme review, staff cost simulation and compensation and benefits programs integration and alignment.
Liaise with external organizations/consultants/service providers for market survey and market intelligence.
Assist in C&B policies review and establish administration procedures if need to amend.
Collaborate with regional office to fulfill the global compliance and local legal requirement.
Lead the regular meeting of harmony between labour and management.
HR related operational management; willing to extend HR expert to DE&I area and other HR project planning and execution.
