We are looking for a high-performing Operation and Maintenance Engineer for our to be a part of our growing team.

What You'll be Doing:

  • Receive inquiries from users through online customer service tools and provide timely and satisfactory responses
  • Identify and address any existing problems or concerns raised by users
  • Proficient in Japanese and English, with preference for Chinese language skills
  • Demonstrate strong business sensitivity and ability to grasp essential business concepts after training
  • Brainstorm obstacles in user experience, identify user needs, and propose problem-solving and process optimization solutions
  • Ability to adapt to shift work or long night shifts

  • Good logical thinking ability, capable of understanding and addressing the real needs of users
  • Passionate about customer service, dedicated to ensuring a positive customer experience and providing comprehensive problem solutions
  • Effective communication skills, capable of adjusting communication methods and styles based on different individuals
  • Strong self-management skills and ability to work independently in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
  • Quick learning ability and good at identifying opportunities for improvement
  • Experience in providing customer support through telephone, email, work order, and online chat service
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, hardworking and able to handle pressure
  • Fluency in Japanese is required, proficiency in Chinese and English is preferred

薪資範圍

NT$ 50,000 - 75,000 (月薪)
