【Job Responsibilities】
1. Maintain and develop existing client relationships, providing high-quality customer service.
2. Deliver SaaS solution presentations to clients, assisting in addressing their needs and pain points.
3. Monitor client usage, provide necessary resources and support, and ensure customer satisfaction.
4. Collaborate with internal teams to guarantee comprehensive service for client requirements.
5. Set and achieve departmental goals, driving customer upgrades and renewals.
1. Strong sales and negotiation skills, with the ability to effectively build client relationships.
2. Problem-solving abilities, teamwork, and excellent communication and coordination skills with internal and external stakeholders.
3. Proficiency in Google Drive tools and related operations.
4. Preferred Qualifications
5. Basic English communication and writing skills are a plus.
6. Familiarity with macOS operating systems and proficiency in Pages and Keynote software are a plus.
