Operations Manager

We're looking for an Operations Manager who can turn ideas into a well-oiled machine. If you can juggle flaming torches while riding a unicycle, you're on the right track (side note, if you can actually do this – we’ll book you as the performer for our next team retreat).

• Scale Our Dream Team: Build and run a hiring machine that'll take us from a team of 5 to a team of 50 to a team of 500 (you enjoy the challenge, right?)

• Event Management: Design and execute three member retreats per year. We're talking about “I can't believe this is a business trip” level experiences in places like Bali and Tulum. You'll be in charge of finding Instagram-worthy venues, negotiating with vendors, and creating unforgettable experiences for our members.

• Project Management: Working across multiple teams to coordinate efforts. For example, if we were going to launch a training course and needed someone to be the coordinator between the content that the Coaching team produces, the management of video editors to make sure they get the edited videos on time, and the marketing team to promote the training course, you would be the point person.

• Systems Optimization: Create and optimize processes that'll make our operations run like a well-oiled machine.

• Growth Opportunities: Work with our CEO to discover partnerships and acquisitions opportunities that'll take Purple Circle to the next level.

• You have project manager, recruiter, or operations manager on your resume
• Your nickname is “I’ll figure it out”
• You can turn a spreadsheet into a work of art
• You have a black belt in problem-solving (metaphorical or real, we don't judge)
• Your idea of fun is creating order out of chaos
