工作內容（Job Description）

在 InterAgent，工程師的任務是讓每個使用 SARA 的人都能夠擁有滿意且直覺的使用體驗，你必須擁有對做好一個產品極大的熱情，因為我們相信一個讓人信賴的平台，是由背後每一位工程師努力追求卓越，在乎每一個小細節而來。

【你在這裡會遇到的挑戰與工作內容有】

• 參與前端架構規劃，建構高效能、可擴展的前端系統
• 進行程式碼審查（Code Review），確保程式碼品質與可維護性
• 主導部分專案進行，實現新功能並優化現有系統效能
• 與工程團隊協作，打造優秀的使用者體驗
• 參與技術決策，協助建立開發標準與最佳實踐

【Challenges and Responsibilities You'll Face】

• Participate in frontend architecture planning to build high-performance, scalable systems
• Conduct code reviews to ensure code quality and maintainability
• Lead certain projects, implementing new features and optimizing performance in existing system
• Collaborate with the engineering team to create outstanding user experiences
• Participate in technical decisions and assist to establishing development standards and best practices

技術要求

• 2 年以上 React 相關開發經驗
• 精通 React 生態系統與相關開發工具，例如 Redux-Toolkit、React-Router 等
• 具備 TypeScript 開發經驗
• 擁有 UI Library 的開發經驗，具備 AntD UI component Library 者為佳
• 熟悉現代前端開發環境，包含但不限於 Create-React-App、Webpack 和 Vite...等
• 具備 RWD 響應式網頁設計實務經驗，並擁有處理過跨瀏覽器相容之經驗
• 熟練掌握版本控制系統 Git
• 有基礎的網頁安全知識（XSS、CORS、CSRF...等）
• 良好的溝通能力與團隊合作精神

Technical Requirements

• 2+ years of React development experience
• Expert knowledge of React ecosystem and related tools, such as Redux-Toolkit, React-Router, etc
• Experience with TypeScript development
• Experience in UI Library development, familiarity with AntD UI component Library is a plus
• Proficiency in modern frontend development environments, including but not limited to Create-React-App, Webpack, Vite, etc.
• Practical experience in RWD and cross-browser compatibility
• Strong command of Git version control
• Basic web security knowledge (XSS, CORS, CSRF, etc.)
• Strong communication skills and team-work spirit

加分技能

• 擁有建置或優化前端架構或專案之經驗
• 具備前端效能優化經驗
• 熟悉敏捷開發流程
• 有國際化（i18n）多語系開發經驗
• 對使用者介面（UI）或使用者體驗（UX）有想法或規劃的經驗
• 前端測試經驗，包含但不限於 Unit Test、Integration Test 或 E2E Test...等
• 對於工廠管理或製造業數據分析有興趣

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in building or optimizing frontend architecture or projects
• Frontend performance optimization experience
• Familiarity with agile development processes
• Experience in internationalization (i18n)
• Experience in UI/UX development
• Frontend testing experience, including but not limited to Unit Test, Integration Test, or E2E Test
• Interest in factory management or manufacturing data analytics
