工作內容

3. 產品擴展專案和內部工具： 參與客戶管理系統、郵件傳送系統、系統穩定性監控工具和客服回報系統的開發。這些改進旨在提升我們客戶的整體產品體驗。

Job Description

Join us in developing and enhancing applications in the following domains:

1. SaaS Platform: Construct a highly reliable cloud platform with a strong Service Level Agreement (SLA). Improve the existing architecture and implement automated deployment to ensure optimal system performance.
2. AWS Cloud and On-Premises Infrastructure: Our system primarily deploys on AWS Lightsail, and we are seeking your expertise in utilizing microservices architecture, making it compatible for deploying software to customers' on-premises servers.
3. Product Extension Projects and Internal Tools: Contribute to the development of customer management systems, email delivery systems, system stability monitoring tools, and customer support reporting systems. These enhancements aim to elevate the overall product experience for our customers.

技術要求

Technical Requirements

We expect you to have the following technical skills:

1. At least 1 year of backend development experience, with hands-on knowledge of Python backend frameworks such as Flask, FastAPI, or Django.
2. Familiarity with container tools such as Docker or Podman.
3. Experience working with RDBMS, including foundational knowledge of database normalization and index creation.
4. Basic knowledge of Linux and familiarity with commonly used commands.

Bonus Skills

Having the following skills will enhance your application:

1. Familiarity with or experience using Nginx as a reverse proxy and load balancer.
2. Knowledge of information security, including SSL/TLS, SQL Injection prevention, CORS, XSS, DDoS mitigation, encryption, and firewall implementation.
3. Experience with various AWS services, including but not limited to EC2, Fargate, EKS, and S3.
4. Familiarity with or experience various NoSQL databases, such as Redis and MongoDB.
5. Awareness of horizontal scaling challenges, including auto-scaling, distributed databases, load balancing, fault tolerance, and automated workflows.
6. Experience with backend system testing.
7. Proficiency in project management tools, especially Jira, to track product development progress and familiarity with Sprint development workflows.
