We have built Instill AI with two key concepts in mind: 1) customer obsession and 2) high-performing company with shared values.

We always deliver more than expected. To achieve that, we are the optimisers obsessively chasing intrinsic efficiency and effectiveness. All in all, given a certain period of time, how far we can reach depends on how fast we can move. To optimise Instill’s performance, we mainly focus on:
We are a small and ambitious team of passionate engineers/researchers sharing an unconventional culture fused by DevOps, MLOps and academic research lab. We are hands-on and love to automate everything. We care about our products and deliver to the highest standard. The two co-founders are from the academic PhD research lab at Imperial College London and University College London with in-depth computer vision and machine learning experiences and miscellaneous practical engineering skills applied to the startup battlefield.
