1.General affair management (Equipment purchasing, office management, payment management) 

2.Handle employee's on-board and resignation process 

3.Screen resumes and conduct interviews regularly

4.Streamline interview process to save time and expense

5.Work with PR to enhance company's visibility and attract larger pool of candidates

6.Create network with schools and government to extend the talent pool
