1. Analyze the logistics to find the most cost-effective transportation methods, including sea, land and express delivery.
2. Solve problems related to transportation and logistics.
3. Manage the operation of warehouses in China and the United States and arrange for import and export shipments.
4. Plan and maintain logistics procedures. Schedule orders for shipment and track actual inbound shipments. Book cargo space and track container availability.
5. Contact factories, suppliers, shipping companies, and customs brokers to confirm delivery dates, schedule shipping, sign S/O, check documents, and arrange truck pick-ups.
