We're seeking a highly motivated Senior Backend Engineer who shares our passion for building exceptional products. As a key member of our team, you will play a pivotal role in shaping our backend systems, driving innovation, and mentoring junior engineers. Your expertise in system design and problem-solving will be crucial in maintaining the reliability and scalability of our services.
Your Role:
1. Architected for Success: Lead the design and development of robust, scalable, and maintainable backend systems and components.
2. Technical Leadership: Collaborate with team members to design system architectures, select appropriate technologies, and create development roadmaps.
3. Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with product managers, designers, and other engineers to transform concepts into reality, from initial ideation to testing and deployment.
4. Problem-Solving Prowess: Troubleshoot and resolve complex bugs and issues across the entire tech stack, ensuring smooth operation.
5. Product Champion: Actively contribute to the success of our products by demonstrating a strong commitment to delivering top-quality solutions.
Qualifications:
- Experience: 5+ years of hands-on backend development experience.
- System Design: Proven track record of designing scalable and efficient backend systems.
- Programming Proficiency: Expertise in one or more backend languages (e.g., Golang, Java).
- API Expertise: Strong understanding of network API design principles (REST, gRPC).
- DevOps Skills: Proficient in CI/CD pipelines, Kubernetes, and Docker.
- Database Knowledge: Familiarity with SQL and NoSQL databases (e.g., PostgreSQL, Redis).
- Version Control: Experience using Git for source code management.
- Team Player: Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with a diverse team.
- Passionate: Enthusiastic about technology and driven to create impactful products.

- Cloud Expertise: Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure).
