As our product continues to evolve, delivering exceptional user experiences becomes increasingly crucial. We're seeking a skilled Sr. Product Designer to join our team and play a pivotal role in shaping the future of our products.
What you’d be doing in this role:
1. Strategy and planning: Collaborate closely with product managers, engineers, and cross-functional teams to ensure our product designs not only meet market needs but are also seamlessly integrated during development.
2. Exploratory Concept Design: Champion the user's perspective by working alongside data and research teams to translate abstract insights into tangible design solutions, including prototypes.
3. Maintain Design Documents: Partner with fellow designers to manage design documents such as design systems, user flows, and wireframes, ensuring clear communication and successful execution of design goals.
4. Experience Iteration and improvement: Leverage user feedback and data analysis to continuously refine and elevate our product’s user experience, driving growth and user satisfaction.

- Requirements
1. Minimum of 3 years of experience in design, with demonstrated expertise across web, mobile, and gestural interaction design.
2. Proficiency in design and prototyping tools (Figma).
3. Solid understanding of Responsive Web Design (RWD), iOS human interface guidelines, and Material design.

1. Fluency in Motion Graphics design (After Effects).
