Lead pandago C2C business, and will be responsible for pandago C2C’s daily operation, campaign planning, and P&L management. In this position you need a comprehensive skill set to analyze, develop and implement pandago C2C strategies. You will closely co-work with the marketing and operations team and be responsible for campaign design, budget control, resource allocation, and review campaign results on a monthly basis. This role requires a mature leader who can inspire the team and drive business to grow.
Job Responsibilities
Shape the annual goal of the new business - pandago C2C and manage the P&L
Lead the cross-functional communication and project management - monthly campaign , product feature launch, logistics cost control and potential partnership cooperation
Monthly campaign review and analytics, support to implement the business strategy
Requirements:
Minimum 6 years of experience in operations / logistics or marketing fields in top-tiered e-commerce / logistics companies
Superior analytical, planning and organization skills.
Good sense on numbers and P&L is a must.
Experienced in managing multiple stakeholders and cross-team communication.
Strong interpersonal and communications skills.
Fluent in English, both written and verbal.
