業務助理 (專員)
YOUR DAY MIGHT INCLUDE
- Sales Ops
- Daily sales pipeline management, processing new sales leads and focus in lead generation, lead assignment, lead qualification and data accuracy
- Assisting the team in developing new client base and managing all proposals, collateral and contracts
- Assist with B2B Marketing and being part of the local events for future business opportunities
- Watching the competitive landscape and identifying how the company can position itself ahead of trends
- Undertake daily administrative tasks to ensure the functionality and coordination of the Sales Team
- Managing correspondence between the sales team and clients.

Business Development and Growth

- A strong working experience and exposure in Marketing Technology in the areas of Mobile Marketing, Messaging Platforms, Attribution, CDP and Analytics.
- Able to identify the business needs of the customer and turn that into opportunities that results in growth of the business (ROI, Revenue etc).
- Strong client network in the ecommerce and digital marketing space.
- A marketer at heart and a good closure with the ability to provide ultimate performance from an end to end sales journey/funnel.
- B2B Sales experience with at least Enterprise software sales experience.
- Strong leadership skills.
- Believe in Ematic's approach into the market as a MarTech Platform Provider.
- Know the market well within the digital marketing space (Market trend, market growth, etc).
- Have impeccable written and verbal communication skills in English and Mandarin/Cantonese.
- Experience in a client-facing consulting role creating marketing strategy deliverables for a consulting firm OR agency OR similar sales and marketing role.
- Positive mindset, a go-getter and not afraid of rejection. (It happens even to the best salespeople!).
- Good team player, with an aptitude for sales and the ambition to constantly outperform your KPIs.
- Skilled at building and managing customer relationships, including stakeholder management.
Sales Ops

- Fresh graduate or less than 2 years working experience in a Sales or Business Development role.
- Candidates with an internship experience working in a sales team are welcome to apply.
- Enjoy talking to people
- Have basic knowledge in Digital Marketing, Marketing Technology and a good understanding of the market landscape.
- Have experience and the ability to adapt to known Marketing, CRM or Sales tools such as Hubspot, Mailchimp, Google Analytics etc
- Obsessed with details, and have an analytical mindset
- Have impeccable written and verbal communication in English and local languages
- Are a strong team player, but still a self-starter
