About the Role
We’re on the lookout for a media and communications ace that knows how to effectively spread key messages across a multitude of online and offline platforms.
As someone who is well-versed with all things communications-based, you will spearhead our efforts to grow a strong presence in markets that we are already established in, as well as ones we are beginning our global expansion into. To this end, you will conduct research into each relevant market, find the most effective communication tools, trends and strategies, and help us make a bang!
To propel us into a household name that global audiences trust, you will need to utilize your creativity to produce compelling copy that draws in followers on social media, through PR campaigns, EDMs and other forms of content marketing.
Your familiarity with building up a brand will be a huge benefit as you help us interact with curious consumers, inspiring influencers and mainstream media. Your goal here will be to cast a wide net that spreads effective messages to our target audiences in ways that they will find useful and exciting.
Your role will be international in nature, giving you the opportunity to work across multiple regions and with our offices around the world. You’ll liaise with our teams in places like Hong Kong and Singapore to ensure all written copy is in alignment with the best practices for each region’s audience.
What You’ll Do:
Identify and lead content curation, copywriting, social media campaigns and PR efforts
Research the latest tools, platform features, social media trends, and methods to grow the company’s presence in multiple markets
Use your research to effectively grow our digital followers through engagement
Act as the company’s communications representative and interact with consumers, influencers and media personnel.
Work with regional teams to build effective communications strategies across multiple global locations
Develop written marketing materials such as promotional emails, event promotions, social media posts, blog posts and landing pages for the Taiwan market in localized Mandarin
Grow the company’s image and brand presence in Taiwan
What You’ll Need:
2+ years of relevant communications experience
Experience in using social media, paid acquisition, email marketing and content marketing as effective communication and sales tools
Possess strong copywriting skills
Be able to translate between English and Mandarin and vice versa
PR experience
Must be proficient in both English and Mandarin
Deep understanding of the F&B, Tech or F&B tech industry
Experience working with a distributed team remotely
You are familiar with B2B/SaaS marketing
Good knowledge of user research
