Pre-sales Consultant 售前(導入)顧問

Main Job Discerption:
1. Offering pre-sales support for software products, conducting issue analysis, and providing customers with solution recommendations.
2. Provide direct support to key partners and users in collaboration with Sales and Business Development Managers, particularly on critical projects.
3. Assist in crafting product and project presentations, as well as preparing materials and product demonstrations tailored to meet the needs of both the business and clients.
4. Contribute to project support by engaging with users, sales teams, and business development professionals to discuss requirements, and collaborating with the Project Management and Research & Development teams to formulate proposals.
5. Develop readily deployable solutions and proposals to accelerate market penetration while facilitating the integration of project resources and resolution of issues.
6. Assist Sales, Business Development Managers, and Partners in delivering essential product knowledge training.
7. Share partner, user, and project feedback with the Product Management and Research & Development teams to inform the development of next-generation products.
8. Serve as a trainer for events or product education programs.

5. 開發易懂且完整的解決方案提案簡報，加速市場滲透，同時促進手上產品的資源整合和問題解決。
6. 協助銷售、業務發展經理和合作夥伴進行必要的產品知識培訓。
7. 將合作夥伴、用戶和項目反饋與產品管理和研發團隊分享，間接協助產品優化與更新。
8. 為活動或產品教育計劃擔任培訓師。

1. 具備提案規劃、簡報製作與演說技巧
2. 精通英語尤佳：具備多益850分以上(或其他同等英語能力證明)，能以英語進行流利商業簡報，有海外求學 或 生活經驗，有外商工作經驗
3. 具備市場敏銳度，有能力分析洞察海外市場動向
4. 具備足夠的領域知識或領域導入經驗
5. 工作態度主動、積極、細心、抗壓、能獨立承擔專案開發及專案管理能力
6. 對大數據發展有熱情及願景，有IT概念尤佳
7. 曾有業務經驗或協助專案結案實績
8. 曾有擔任活動或教育訓練講師經驗
