工作內容

  • Manage the recruitment process, including job posting, interviewing, and onboarding.
  • Ensure compliance with Taiwan Labor laws and company policies.
  • Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy.
  • Handle employee relations, performance management, and disciplinary actions.
  • Maintain accurate employee records and HR documentation.
  • Coordinate and manage office activities and operations to secure efficiency and compliance to company policies.
  • Assist in payroll processing and benefits administration.
  • Collaborate with an outside agency for HR-related matters.
  • Organize company events and meetings.
  • Other duties as assigned

條件要求

  • At least 5 years of progressive and hands-on experience in Human Resources and Administrative functions are necessary.
  • Degrees related to HR functions, as well as experience in talent acquisition and management, recruitment and selection, or human resources advisory services, are beneficial. 
  • Must have working knowledge and stay current with all relevant employment-related laws, compensation planning and development, and overall administration.
  • Excellent multitasking, coordinating, and interpersonal skills are required.
  • Strong verbal communication skills, teamwork, and high motivation are needed.
  • Excellent communication skills, ability to work in a fast-paced startup environment, and enjoyment of a zero to one process are essential.
  • Accuracy and efficiency, high energy, and comfortability with performing multifaceted projects in conjunction with day-to-day activities are vital.
  • Proficiency in English and Mandarin is mandatory.

  • Experience as a headhunter for tech/software talents and/or experience in the B2B SaaS industry.
  • Professional HR certifications.
