工作內容
- Manage the recruitment process, including job posting, interviewing, and onboarding.
- Ensure compliance with Taiwan Labor laws and company policies.
- Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy.
- Handle employee relations, performance management, and disciplinary actions.
- Maintain accurate employee records and HR documentation.
- Coordinate and manage office activities and operations to secure efficiency and compliance to company policies.
- Assist in payroll processing and benefits administration.
- Collaborate with an outside agency for HR-related matters.
- Organize company events and meetings.
- Other duties as assigned
條件要求
- At least 5 years of progressive and hands-on experience in Human Resources and Administrative functions are necessary.
- Degrees related to HR functions, as well as experience in talent acquisition and management, recruitment and selection, or human resources advisory services, are beneficial.
- Must have working knowledge and stay current with all relevant employment-related laws, compensation planning and development, and overall administration.
- Excellent multitasking, coordinating, and interpersonal skills are required.
- Strong verbal communication skills, teamwork, and high motivation are needed.
- Excellent communication skills, ability to work in a fast-paced startup environment, and enjoyment of a zero to one process are essential.
- Accuracy and efficiency, high energy, and comfortability with performing multifaceted projects in conjunction with day-to-day activities are vital.
- Proficiency in English and Mandarin is mandatory.
