As our Digital Marketing Manager (Community & Engagement), you'll define how we connect with users through social media, content marketing, and word-of-mouth programs. Your mission is to turn engagement into brand advocacy, shaping conversations that build loyalty and make AIFIAN a brand people love to talk about and share.

This isn't just a content execution role — it's about building an engaged community, staying ahead of trends, and making AIFIAN culturally relevant on a global scale. If you have a sharp eye for social engagement, storytelling, and viral marketing, we'd love to have you on board.

What You'll Do

  • Develop and execute community-driven social media strategies to build an active, loyal audience across platforms like Facebook, Instagram, LINE, and YouTube.
  • Identify trending topics and viral content, creatively tying them back to AIFIAN's brand.
  • Create and maintain an editorial calendar to ensure consistent, targeted, and high-quality content across platforms.
  • Drive user-generated content initiatives and develop referral and word-of-mouth programs to increase organic brand advocacy.
  • Manage agency partnerships to execute word-of-mouth marketing and influencer collaborations.
  • Optimize email marketing campaigns to nurture relationships and keep users engaged.
  • Track and analyze social engagement, brand sentiment, retention, and loyalty metrics to refine strategies.
  • Collaborate with designers and content creators to craft compelling visuals and messaging that align with our brand identity.
  • Stay updated on platform algorithm changes, community trends, and industry best practices to keep AIFIAN ahead of the curve.
  • Prepare regular performance reports and deliver insights and recommendations for leadership and key stakeholders.

What We Look For

  • 3+ years of experience in digital marketing, social media management, or community engagement, preferably in-house for an international brand.
  • Strong understanding of social media engagement, content marketing, and audience growth — you know how to make people talk, not just scroll.
  • Exceptional communication skills — able to craft creative messages that resonate and excite different audiences, ideally in both English and Mandarin.
  • Hands-on experience managing editorial calendars and content plans across multiple platforms.
  • Deep understanding of trending conversation, internet culture, and viral content, with the ability to connect them naturally to the brand.
  • Experience driving organic brand advocacy through user-generated content and referral programs.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to track engagement, retention, and sentiment metrics, turning insights into action.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to collaborate across business, design, product, PR, CS, and external partners.
  • Comfortable communicating at all levels, including executive leadership — able to articulate strategic goals with clarity and confidence.
  • Tech-savvy with a passion for digital products — experience working in a startup or with a product team is a big plus.

薪資範圍

面議(經常性薪資達4萬元)
