About the Role

As our first Senior Art Director at AIFIAN, you will play a key role in shaping the visual and messaging direction across all touch-points, crafting the brand identity that will define our company globally. You will lead and mentor a talented group of visual designers and animators, collaborating closely with the product and business teams to deliver innovative and impactful design solutions that drive our business forward. Your creative vision and design expertise will be crucial in establishing a strong, recognizable brand that resonates with our target audience.

What You'll Do

• Establish and maintain a cohesive, visually compelling brand identity across all company communication platforms, including website, social media, campaign collaterals, product interfaces, etc.
• Conceptualize and execute innovative design solutions that effectively communicate our brand messaging and value proposition.
• Provide creative direction and mentorship to a team of visual designers and animators, fostering a collaborative and high-performing environment.
• Collaborate with stakeholders across the organization to develop design strategies that align with business goals and customer needs.
• Present design concepts and ideas to leadership teams, effectively articulating the rationale and vision.
• Manage project timelines and budgets, ensuring that resources are used effectively and that projects are completed within constraints.
• Resolve design problems or issues that arise during the project and implement improvements to the design process.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest design trends, technologies, and best practices to continuously elevate our visual presence and brand image.

What We Look For

• 5+ years of experience as an Art Director or Senior Designer within the technology or software industry.
• Strong ability to clearly articulate design concepts and rationale to leadership teams.
• Proven track record of leading the design vision and execution for a company's brand identity and social media materials.
• Expertise in mentoring a design team, providing guidance and constructive feedback to help them grow and produce high-quality designs.
• A strong portfolio showcasing expertise in graphic and motion design, typography, layout, and visual strategy.
• Proficiency with design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects) and Figma.
• A collaborative mindset with the ability to work effectively with different teams.
• Adaptability and problem-solving skills to navigate changing priorities and requirements.
• A keen interest in staying current with the latest global design trends and technologies.
