We are looking for an English Language expert to help us translate and edit content for our English-speaking user community. The content will focus on Steaker/XY Finance/GalaXY Kats technology and product-focused explainers, including website content, marketing copy, announcements, and blog posts.
As Steaker’s English Translator/Editor , we expect you are a crypto enthusiast who has relevant working experience. The ideal candidate will need to adapt to various writing styles and subject matters according to the local market.
Translate and localize marketing copy from Mandarin to English, including: announcements, blog posts, press releases, UI/UX strings, landing pages, and FAQ guides.
Editing and polishing existing content to improve readability.
Incorporate SEO best practices into writing.
Communicate with internal stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into content needs.
Proven content writing experience. Previous technical writer experience is a plus.
Native/Fluent English language skills and Fluent (business level) in Mandarin. Must have excellent command of the English language, spelling, and grammar.
Fast learner with technology.
Self-motivated and organized. Able to work independently and work under tight deadlines.
Excellent interpersonal skills. With the ability to work effectively with individuals and groups at all levels of company.
Have basic knowledge of how blockchain and cryptocurrency works.
Have writing or translating experience in the crypto field. Portfolio of existing DeFi articles will be a big plus.
