新加坡大學畢業的梁永祥，是社會眼中典型的新加坡菁英，畢業後就有一份人人稱羨的政府公職。但1年後，梁永祥辭職加入當時由德國知名電商創投 Rocket Internet 轉投資、剛到東南亞發展的 ZALORA，負責開拓市場；2年後也就是2014年，梁正祥跟當時的同事組成 6人團隊，正式創立 ShopBack，走上創業路。ShopBack 在2016年8月登陸台灣，這是他們暨新加坡、馬來西亞、菲律賓、印尼、泰國之後，2年內第6個拓展版圖的市場。
