Team player and strives to achieve quality in any project undertaken with entrepreneurship. My responsibilities included business development, financial/market analysis, conceptualizing and implementing all necessary steps required to accurately lead the company towards its future development. Brand awareness relevant to the individual niche markets and accurate business investment has been at the core of my responsibilities and I have a strong understanding of the very individual requirements needed in order for a business to develop and expand successfully. I have always had a strong interest in technology, finance, and business strategies and consulting; I am a methodical thinker with natural leadership skills, creative, organized and enjoy communicating innovative ideas from their starting points through to execution. I have a proven ability to put together, motivate and support high-caliber teams that are committed to increasing profitability.

創辦人 Ken 在美國求學及工作長達十多年，期間無論是寒暑假，或是出差，都有機會回到台灣生活。不過，在這段時間卻發覺，很多台灣好的商品或設計，不斷的因為市場的太小，紛紛往海外銷售；而許多歐美海外的好東西，亦無法在台灣寶島輕易取得，即使可以買到，價格也是被賣家翻轉好幾倍。
因此，他有了一個想法，希望能夠第一時間引進歐美原廠授權正品，讓台灣的消費者，也可以在公平公正的價格下，輕鬆的消費！
就這樣，毅然決然的開始了一段從無到有的創業旅程。
2015 年 5月 6 日 Shark Tank Taiwan 歐美時尚生活網誕生！希望能藉由 Shark Tank Taiwan 這個平台，讓消費者/通路夥伴/合作廠商可以藉此認識 Shark Tank Taiwan!消費者在這不旦能夠輕鬆購物，也可以得到日常生活中的種種資訊，包含食衣住行育樂等。Shark Tank Taiwan 也積極與異業合作，希望消費者可以享有第一手的歐美資訊；除此之外，消費者還不用擔心退換貨問題，我們提供完善客服服務，讓購物不再膽戰心驚。
1. 每日半小時彈性上班時間與午休時間（12:00~2:00 自行選擇一小時用餐）
2. 除了遵循勞基法，正職員工每滿一年年資後，可享有比勞基法規定再多兩天的特休。滿一年享 9 天特休，滿 2年 12 天，以此類推。
3. 試用期滿，即可享有每年一天獨一無二的生日假，生日當月任何一天用完即可。
