Technical Recruiter

The Role:

The Technical Recruiter will be responsible for the successful recruitment of Software Engineers. Our Technical Recruiters will be involved in recruiting events to attract new talent, while promoting the company core values. This role will also assist with strategizing long term recruitment plans for the technology sector of the company, while aggressively growing our Engineering team.

What you'll do:

• Partner with our technical leaders and hiring teams to develop a deep understanding of current and future hiring needs
• Quickly assess priorities and determine ideal candidate profiles
• Align to full-cycle recruitment strategy including creating job descriptions, sourcing, interviewing and reference checks
• Build candidate pipeline by sourcing passive candidates; drive internal and network referrals, attend and host events and leverage online postings
• Manage recruiting strategies to attain recruiting metrics
• Drive offer approval, extension, and negotiation by identifying appropriate closing procedures
• Build and maintain your personal network of potential candidates through proactive strategies, research, networking, and outreach
• Foster and create an unparalleled and unique candidate experience

-Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Technology, or other related field required Minimum six (6) years of Software Engineer recruitment experience required Six (6) years in Technologies recruiting

-Strong knowledge of sourcing tools such as 104 Job Bank, CakeResume, and Linked In.

-Strong working proficiency in both English and Chinese

-Experience working with an ATS

-Experience in implementing efficient interview processes to streamline efforts

-Proven proficiency in technology recruiting and software engineering languages

-Creative ability to recruit new talent in a quick and efficient manner

-Established network with software engineers, leaders, universities and other resources
