We are seeking an experienced and proactive Human Resources Specialist to join our team in Taipei. The successful candidate will handle the full spectrum of HR activities, including recruitment, employee relations, and HR process optimization. This role requires a strong sense of ownership, problem-solving skills, effective communication, and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
Key Responsibilities:
Recruitment and Onboarding:
• Manage full-cycle recruiting, including sourcing, interviewing, and offer negotiation.
• Ensure a positive candidate experience from introduction to onboarding.
• Collaborate with hiring managers to improve the hiring process.
• Maintain a pipeline of quality talent through networking and attending job fairs.
HR Strategy and Support:
• Collaborate with leadership to develop HR strategies aligned with business goals.
• Advise managers and employees on HR-related issues.
• Address employee concerns and grievances professionally.
• Foster a positive and inclusive workplace culture.
HR Projects and Analytics:
• Participate in HR projects and initiatives.
• Support company-wide HR projects and initiatives.
• Assist the VP in researching competitive compensation and benefits programs.
Stakeholder Engagement and Problem-Solving:
• Communicate with stakeholders to align HR policies with organizational goals.
• Take ownership of HR tasks and deliver high-quality results.
• Identify and resolve potential HR issues proactively.
Required Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field Master’s degree or HR certification is a plus.
• At least 3 years of full-time work experience in a fast-paced organization in an HR-related field.
• Corporate talent hiring experience for tech companies.
• Proven track record of meeting aggressive hiring goals.
• Proficiency in spoken and written English.
• Computer literacy, with strong proficiency in computer usage and the MS Office suite.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively.
Preferred Qualifications:
• Familiar with LinkedIn Recruiter.
• General understanding of Taiwan Labor Law and general practice.
• Extensive knowledge and experience of HRIS.
• Experiences in Compensation & Benefits or HR consultancy.
