What's the job

  • Account Management: Serve as the contact for customers, building and maintaining long-term relationships. Act as a trusted advisor to customers, understanding their needs and ensuring their satisfaction.
  • Resource Coordination & Communication: Coordinate internal resources and facilitate cross-department communication to achieve high customer satisfaction. Drive business growth by aligning internal efforts with customer needs and goals.
  • Global Collaboration: Work closely with both headquarters and international branches to ensure seamless business operations. Foster collaboration across global teams to enhance customer experiences and outcomes.
  • Additional Responsibilities: Take on other related tasks and projects as assigned, contributing to the overall success of the team and organization.

條件要求

  • Fluent or native English speaker and good communication skills
  • With 2 year + of business management/account management/ client relation maintaining experience

薪資範圍

面議(經常性薪資達4萬元)
