工作內容
1. 依據CRM數據,規劃與執行顧客旅程進程,包含網站推播、EDM、Line、簡訊等,進行精準行銷,達成忠誠度維護及APP活躍使用提升
2. 具活動規劃、執行及成效分析等工作技能
3. 良好的思考與分析邏輯、跨部門溝通能力
4. 可獨立作業、提案的經驗 (有作品加分)

Job Description:
1. Plan and execute customer journey processes based on CRM data, including website push notifications, EDM (Electronic Direct Mail), Line, SMS, etc., to conduct precise marketing, maintain customer loyalty, and increase app engagement.
2. Possess skills in planning, execution, and performance analysis.
3. Demonstrate strong logical thinking, analytical abilities, and cross-departmental communication skills.
3. Experience in independent work and proposal creation (having a portfolio is a plus).
