Responsibilities:
- Account Relationship Management:
- Maintain and nurture relationships with existing clients through regular communication and engagement.
- Address client inquiries, concerns, and requests promptly to ensure high client satisfaction.
- Identify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling additional cybersecurity assessment services.
- Manage pipeline, and utilize CRM tools (once implemented) to manage customer/partner information, sales leads, and opportunities.
- Handle invoice issuance, and reconciliation, and oversee the management of Non-Disclosure Agreements (NDAs), contracts, and various external business documents.
- Manage the preparation, application, listing, and related processes for the annual government Joint Supply Contracts (JSC) in both service and software categories, including the submission of service proposals.
- Coordinate with external clients to schedule meetings, demonstrations, and follow-ups.
- Coordinate with the marketing team and assist in organizing promotional events, webinars, and conferences.
- Provide support to the outside sales team by preparing sales collateral, proposals, and presentations.
