What You’ll Take Charge Of

  • Architecture & Scalability: Shape and maintain every layer of our systems (front-end, back-end, mobile, infra). Ensure stability, performance, and room to scale.
  • Business Alignment: Work closely with leadership to tackle major user and revenue targets, turning the vision into clear tech strategies that deliver tangible results.
  • AI & Innovation: Integrate LLMs and other AI approaches to streamline coaching, optimize user experience, and find new revenue opportunities.
  • Team Growth & Culture: Mentor a talented engineering squad, championing code quality, knowledge sharing, and strong processes.

Requirements

  • Fluency in English. Strong written and verbal communication in Chinese is a great bonus.
  • Must live in a time zone that is no more than 2 hours ahead or behind Taiwan time (GMT+8).
  • Experience leading a high-performing engineering team in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience working closely with Product, Design, and Business teams to align technical and business goals.
  • Remote-first mindset with strong async communication skills.
  • Ability to thrive in ambiguity, adapt quickly, and take ownership of projects.
