Job Responsibilities:

  • Team Itinerary Management: Coordinate travel itinerary details, including transportation, accommodation, attractions, and activity arrangements.​
  • Internal and External Coordination: Maintain efficient communication with guides, suppliers, and travelers to resolve unexpected issues.​
  • Cost and Budget Control: Accurately manage itinerary costs to maximize team efficiency.​
  • Itinerary Documentation: Prepare and verify relevant documents, such as group itineraries and travel information.​
  • Tour Service Optimization: Analyze past tour experiences to continuously improve operational processes and service quality.​

In this role, you will face numerous challenges but also gain rich experience and a sense of accomplishment. This is a highly stable position that requires extensive communication and coordination with guides, drivers, and travelers. When unexpected situations arise, such as customer complaints, traveler injuries, or lost individuals, you will demonstrate flexibility and promptly respond to and handle crises.​

Fluency in English is also a necessary condition; if you can communicate or write emails in Japanese, that is an added advantage!​


Working Hours and Environment:

We offer a flexible working environment with a four-day workweek. Working hours are from 6:30 AM to 6:00 PM (with a 1.5-hour break), and you can work from home in the morning, coming to the office once tasks are completed. Days off can be coordinated with team members to achieve a perfect balance between work and life.

Qualifications We Hope You Possess:

  • Attention to Detail and Planning Skills: Highly sensitive to details and capable of methodically completing multiple tasks.

  • Quick Response and Problem-Solving: Demonstrates flexibility and a sense of responsibility when facing emergencies.

  • Excellent Communication and Coordination: Able to collaborate effectively with various parties, establishing mutual trust and cooperative relationships.

  • Language Proficiency: Possesses good proficiency in both Chinese and English; additional language skills are a plus!

  • Tourism Experience or Professional Knowledge: Experience in tour management or understanding of the tourism industry is especially advantageous.
