Operation Scalability
Operate aspects of our product/platform that can not yet be automated due to low ROI or unclear automation principles (e.g. Destination system, incentives, front-end administration and interventions)
Track core business metrics related to the product
Create playbooks, trainings, and supporting documentation for product features
Program Management: Lead initiatives and work with cross functional teams globally to drive platform performance at scale.
Product & Technology: Monitor features usage and performance. Work with local/BD/Ops to improve usage/performance
Data Analysis: build metrics and implement mechanisms to monitor and analyze product and operational performance
At least 3 years of experience in OTA, ecommerce, or 2C product management; candidates with project experience related to user or traffic growth are preferred;
Track record of successfully driving cross departmental projects is preferred
Fluent spoken and written English and Chinese.
