We are seeking a Brand Marketing PR Specialist to elevate KDAN’s visibility and reputation. The ideal candidate will play a key role in shaping our public image through strategic PR campaigns targeting employees, clients, potential customers, influencers, investors, and the general public.
【What will you do?】
Key Responsibilities:
1. Public Relations and Media Management:
- Coordinate and participate in media interviews, speeches, and related events.
- Develop and maintain strong media relationships, continuously expanding our media exposure and influence.
- Identify critical messages during public relations challenges and support the team in effectively communicating with the public.
2. Event Planning and Execution:
- Organize and oversee KDAN brand-related events and external visibility opportunities.
- Coordinate or support exhibitions and other major events.
3. Issue Management and Content Creation:
- Write, publish, and monitor the performance of press releases across global markets.
- Track industry trends, manage company issues, and lead cross-departmental collaboration.
- Plan, draft, and produce promotional materials, including interview scripts, corporate profiles, and other communication assets.
4. Routine Tasks:
- Regularly monitor and maintain media exposure databases.
- Update and manage company information on third-party platforms.
- Provide administrative support to the PR department as needed.
【Who are we looking for?】
1. Flexibility to work at our Tainan headquarters or Taipei office, with monthly travel to Tainan if based in Taipei.
2. Strong communication skills in both Mandarin Chinese and English.
3. Established network of media contacts; experience with international media is a significant advantage.
4. Exceptional time management, organization skills, and attention to detail.
5. Experience or strong interest in the SaaS or IT industry.
6. Knowledge of effectively communicating critical messages during public relations challenges is a significant advantage.
7. Ability to thrive under deadline pressure and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
【 Nice to Haves】
1. Minimum of 1 year of experience in public relations, either in-house or at an agency.
2. Proven experience as a Public Relations Specialist or Community Manager.
3. Bachelor’s degree (or higher) in marketing, communications, or a related field.
4. Demonstrated success in executing effective PR campaigns.
5. Outstanding communication and presentation skills.
