【Key Responsibilities】
Develop features and improvements to the product in a secure, well-tested, and performant way.
Work with Product Management and other stakeholders (other engineers, UX, customers, etc) to integrate on features within the products.
Deliver high quality codes with high maintainability and meet best-practices for the modern web-application.
Architect scalable and fault-tolerant systems to support product.
Help improve the overall experience of our product through improving the quality of deliveries.
Help identify areas of improvements in the code base and help contribute to make it better.
Learn, collaborate, and teach other engineers. Everyone can contribute something new to the team regardless of how long they’ve been in the industry.
Contribute to and follow our workflow process.
Consistently ship small features and improvements with minimal guidance and support from other team members.
Stay up to date with emerging technologies and industry trends, recommending innovative solutions to improve system performance and efficiency.
【Qualifications】
Proven track record of experience and achievement in web service development.
Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Computer Science or a related field.
Solid understanding of backend development using Node.js, Python, Ruby, or similar.
Proficiency in frontend technologies like JavaScript/TypeScript, HTML5, CSS3, and a modern framework such as React.
Experience using Git in a workplace environment.
Proven experience in designing and developing scalable and high-performance systems.
Demonstrate strong ownership with a hunger to learn and grow.
Strong communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
Ability to think independently, prioritize tasks, and focus on getting things done.
Strong work ethic and determination to push things forward even in the face of obstacles.
Proficiency in the English language, both written and verbal.
Positive and solution-oriented mindset.
【Nice to Have】
Experience working in a high-performance organization, ideally a tech startup
Demonstrated passion for technology through blog writing and knowledge sharing
Knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).
Familiarity with e-Commerce platforms and associated technologies (e.g., payment gateways, inventory management systems) is a plus.
