The UX/UI Designer will play a crucial role in shaping the user experience of the products by designing intuitive and engaging interfaces. The primary purpose of this role is to rapidly prototype MVPs, conduct in-depth customer research, and develop user-centric design solutions that align with both business objectives and technical constraints. This position involves close collaboration with product managers, engineers, and other key stakeholders to ensure consistency across design systems and drive product success. Key Responsibilities
Design and Prototyping
Rapidly design and prototype MVPs to test and validate product concepts.
Create wireframes, interactive prototypes, and high-fidelity designs to effectively communicate ideas.
Customer Research & Insights
Conduct in-depth customer research using both qualitative and quantitative tools such as user interviews, surveys, focus groups, heatmaps, A/B testing, and analytics platforms.
Analyze user behavior through tools like Google Analytics, Mixpanel, Hotjar, or equivalent.
Develop user personas and map customer journeys to uncover pain points and opportunities.
Universal Design Systems
Build and maintain scalable, universal design systems to ensure consistency across products.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement UI/UX best practices.
Collaboration
Work closely with product managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to deliver designs that align with business objectives.
Act as an advocate for the user while balancing business and technical constraints.
Graphic and Branding (Optional)
Support branding efforts and create graphic elements that enhance the overall user experience.
