About the Role
As part of our People Team, you will take ownership of the recruitment process of TW/JP/TH Talent Acquisition, from identifying future talent needs to ensuring the best candidates join us. You’ll work closely with team leads across departments, understanding their needs and providing proactive talent solutions.
With a focus on continuous improvement, you’ll refine recruiting strategies, ensuring they are both scalable and aligned with our company’s growth goals. Using a mix of sourcing channels — social media, employee referrals, and job boards—you’ll build a strong talent pipeline and employer brand.
Responsibilities
- Own the recruitment process from identifying hiring needs to closing offers, ensuring a smooth and transparent experience for all stakeholders.
- Conduct interviews and assess candidates to ensure they fit company's culture and values.
- Partner with team leads to design job descriptions and develop recruiting strategies that align with company’s growth goals.
- Provide insightful and data-driven recruiting reports to guide decision-making and improve the hiring process.
- Stay informed about employment law and legislation to ensure compliance.
- Promote company's brand as an employer of choice by showcasing our commitment to growth, ownership, and transparency.
