【Overview】
• Have expert knowledge of Data Loss Prevention (DLP), data analytics, incident management, or investigative programs, and the ability to identify risks and advise on solutions and mitigations.
• Have experience in effectively understanding and communicating DLP concepts, trends, people risk, or conduct risk program management.
• Adept at critical thinking, writing, and briefing.
• Strong fluency in written and spoken English.
【Key Responsibilities】
• Reviewing and managing DLP alerts from our suite of tools.
• Understand technology infrastructure and operational processes in order to participate in and enhance response processes.
• Create catalogs detailing DLP response processes and procedures.
• Assist in and participate in develop, follow, and maintain ‘playbooks’ which provide a visual depiction of various operational response workflows.
• Identify and enhance processes where automation has the potential to improve efficiency.
• Working closely with other team members to build mutual understanding.
【Qualifications】
• Minimum Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or Data Science.
• At least 2 years of experience in cyber security operations, Data Loss Prevention (DLP), Security Operations Center, or insider threat activities.
• At least 1 year of experience with cyber program development or incident management.
• Strong fluency in written and spoken English.
