Crypto We Research is seeking a creative visual designer to join our team. At Crypto We Research, we are a group of passionate young individuals who use knowledge and design to share the stories of blockchain and cryptocurrency. As our designer, you must have a high passion for design and aesthetics. We are committed to building a unique brand in the Chinese-speaking region, paying attention to every detail. In our team, you will play the role of conveying the brand philosophy and values of Crypto We Research to audiences around the world.
你需要負責的工作內容
- 協助製作線上活動和主題策展的視覺，包括網頁橫幅，社群媒體圖片，宣傳相關設計及各種版面設計，提高點擊率，優化用戶體驗
- 持續關注國際設計趨勢，根據商業需求和用戶視覺路徑設計橫幅，並使用數據分析來優化設計
- 緊密與市場營銷和業務發展部門合作，共同推進公司的Web3視野
- 瞭解我們的品牌形象並確保所有設計都符合品牌應有的視覺風格和語調
- 管理和優化設計流程，確保工作的效率和質量
- 對Web3有興趣和理解，並願意在新的區塊鏈技術中嘗試和創新
- Assist in creating visuals for online events and themed exhibitions, including web banners, social media images, promotional related designs, and various layout designs to improve click-through rates and optimize user experience.
- Continuously keep an eye on international design trends, design banners based on business needs and user visual paths, and use data analysis to optimize design.
- Work closely with the marketing and business development departments to jointly promote the company's Web3 vision.
- Understand our brand image and ensure all designs conform to the appropriate visual style and tone of the brand.
- Manage and optimize design processes to ensure work efficiency and quality.
- Have an interest and understanding of Web3, and be willing to try and innovate in new blockchain technologies.
