This is a critical role for Crescendo Lab as we look to expand our AI product offerings. As the first Pre-Sales Consultant for AI products, you will play a critical role in establishing our pre-sales processes, building relationships with clients, and crafting tailored solutions that demonstrate the power and potential of our AI technologies. This position requires a 0 to 1 mindset—you’ll be key role in building the foundation for success, creating strategies, and driving the initial momentum for our AI solutions.
Key Responsibilities
Act as the first point of contact for potential clients, understanding their challenges and identifying opportunities where Crescendo Lab's AI products can create value.
Build and execute scalable pre-sales processes from scratch, aligning closely with the sales and product teams.
Deliver impactful presentations, demonstrations, and workshops that highlight the value and capabilities of our AI solutions.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create tailored proofs of concept and solution architectures.
Collect and analyze client feedback to inform product development and refine sales strategies.
Stay ahead of AI trends, technologies, and competitors to position Crescendo Lab as a market leader.
Work independently and take ownership of initiatives, setting the groundwork for future pre-sales hires.
Proven experience in pre-sales, technical sales, or similar roles, with a demonstrated ability to work in unstructured environments and build from the ground up.
Strong understanding of AI technologies and their real-world applications.
Exceptional communication and storytelling skills to convey complex ideas simply and effectively.
Entrepreneurial mindset with a bias for action, problem-solving, and creating structure in ambiguity.
Experience in a startup or fast-paced environment is highly desirable.
