AI Solution Specialist (NLP)

As an AI Solution Specialist (NLP), we expect you to use a mix of mature technical expertise, fluent JP and EN business communication skill, leadership experience, and logical reasoning ability of business to effectively integrate AI technology/solution into our clients' business and achieve business goals.

Responsibilities
1. Technology Development (main business)

• Conduct a complete technical analysis of NLP-related projects, include but not limited to information extraction, summarization, factor extraction 
• Structure and develop business domain knowledge into technical assets

2. Requirements Definition & Solution Proposal (main business)

• Boosting client experience by figuring out what their true Goals, Expectations Hidden Requirements are, and make it a reality while considering the technical difficulties
• Identify opportunities for leveraging company data to drive and propose business solutions

3. Alignment of Technology and Strategic Management

• Cooperate with Project Tech Lead and overseas developers to implement AI technology in projects and products to achieve high quality and meet client needs 
• Manage project and product progress effectively to stick to the delivery schedule

• Excellent level of spoken/reading English and Japanese, which you can discuss requirements definition with clients fluently 
  Please provide any information that can prove your ability in English and Japanese in your resume, for example:
  • Record a 3 minutes self introduction in Japanese 
  • Have lived in Japan for years and got no language issues
  • Attended to senior high school or university in Japan
• Development experience in NLP projects, such as chunking, steming, POS tagging, and syntax / dependency analysis, etc.
• Extensive experience of architecting and applying state-of-art deep learning techniques to NLP
• Experience working with large datasets
• Familiar with deep learning framework (at least one)：Tensorflow, PyTorch, Keras, Caffe, Torch
• Design AI solutions for complex problems from scratch
• Experience in one or more of the following areas: Information Retrieval, Named-Entity Recognition, Text Summarization, Question answering, Knowledge Graph, Document Ranking
• Proficiency in Python
• Ability to work independently and with team members from different backgrounds
• Communication skills that enable business development teams to inconsistently discuss complex concepts

• Have high achievements in Computer Science / AI / Machine Learning related technical domains (Ph.D, peer-reviewed papers, presentations at international conferences, etc.)
• Proficiency in one or more than one programming languages except Python (C/C++, Java, Golang)
• Knowledge of standard software development process
• Experience with research team management
• Experience working with Japanese clients and datasets
• Furthermore, those who have worked on the following things as much as possible are very suitable for this position
  • Experience working in the NLP application layer, from downstream features such as term weighting, semantic similarity, and distributed representation to complex systems such as NER, QA, summarization, classification, and clustering
  • Familiar with common libraries such as spaCy, nltk, gensim, huggingface, fastai, openmnt, fasttext
  • Full understanding of deep learning models in NLP and confident in catching up and reproducing the latest models
  • Ability to handle terabyte-class text data processing
