About This Role...

• 提供本公司小班制或一對一課程之教學、課綱及教材設計
• 提供特殊需求之客製化課程與輔導（如：藝人學員、高階主管）
• 配合參與顧問團隊會議，進行課程研發及教學活動檢討規劃
• 配合本公司之線下活動（如：媒體曝光、駐點諮詢、講座活動等）
• 顧客關係管理(CRM)：與學員間維持良好互動、追縱學員學習成效、了解其需求，進而協助規劃課程

• Designing courses, syllabuses, teaching materials for small group tutoring or 1-on-1 courses
• Designing and providing customized programs and consultations
  • (e.g. programs for celebrity students; themed courses for company senior executives)
• Participating in company meetings to develop, plan, and design teaching programs and activities
• Providing assistance in offline activities
  • (e.g. media exposure events; in-house consultancy; lectures and workshops)
• Customer Relationship Management (CRM):
  • Building good classroom interactions
  • Conducting follow-up assessments on students’ learning outcomes
  • Planning courses based on students’ needs.

We Want You

【學經歷條件】

• 教學經驗：3年以上（含）家教經驗
• 學歷要求：學士 / 碩士（含）以上專業相關學位
  （語言、教育、英美文學、I.T. MBA、金融、財務、人資、新聞等）

[Requirements]

• Teaching experience: 3 years or above in teaching/tutoring
• Education: Bachelor's / Master's degree or higher in Language, Education, English and American literature, IT MBA, Banking, Finance, Human Resources, Journalism, etc

【能力特質】

• 具有正面積極的工作態度及教學熱忱
• 善於掌握課程節奏與學員目光，有舞台魅力者佳
• 具有課程發想能力，善於課綱與教材之設計
• 多益950分以上或托福110分以上或具其他英語教學證照者尤佳（如：TEFL/TESOL/CELTA）
• 具有產業實務經驗者（如：金融、財務、人資、公關、傳播、科技、法律、醫學…等）加分
• 遵守職業道德與公司規範，與同事相處融洽

[Personal Qualities]

• Positive attitude at work and passion for teaching. Capable of managing timing and pace in the classroom. Teaching with charisma that attracts students' attention.
• Competent in designing curriculum and teaching materials.
• Preferred qualifications:
  • Experiences in TESOL
  • TOEIC (900 or above) or TOEFL (100 or above)
  • Other English teaching certificates. (e.g. TEFL/TESOL/CELTA)
• Building good working relationship with colleagues and following CLN’s code of conduct and ethics.
• Practical experience in the workplace in banking, finance, human resources, public relations, communication, technology, law, medicine, etc. is highly preferred.
