Responsibilities:

  • Assist in drafting, reviewing, revising and solidifying a wide range of documents in Chinese (and English depending on language proficiency) 
  • Manage and organize records of agreements, Intellectual Property and other legal documents and maintain client files\\
  • Provide general administrative support to the legal team and contribute to the overall legal operations
  • Perform legal search as directed by the legal team or management
  • Other tasks directed by the legal team or management

條件要求

Minimum Qualifications:

  • LL.B. (or equivalent) graduate or student (preferably in Junior or Senior year)
  • Ability to work with different teams in a fast-paced environment 
  • Strong communication skills
