Botrista enables brands to add a mini-tea shop to their menu without the operational complexities. Botrista provides beverage solutions to foodservice operators by leveraging easy-to-use equipment (the DrinkBot) alongside a line of pre-packaged ingredients (BiBs) to deliver a variety of craft beverages, including infused teas & lattes, flavored lemonades, iced coffees and more! Operators can now offer high margin items without the investment in a full bar. Our system takes up just 5-sq ft and enables customizable drink recipes at the touch of a button. Responsibilities:

  • Drive operational readiness of suppliers, including purchase order readiness, planning long-term forecast, capacity plans, and clear to build.
  • Analyzes daily product and supply levels to anticipate inventory problems and shortages
  • Create and clearly communicate supply schedules, priorities, and status to multiple internal supply teams.
  • Drive cross-functional teams to optimize the organization of identify efficiency issues, develop solutions, and implement changes.
  • Conduct or review cost analysis by assessing material, labor, and overhead costs incurred in the production and finished products.
  • Develop relationships and needs with suppliers and implement purchasing and contract(OEM, NDA) management instructions.
  • Communicate and negotiate with suppliers and vendors to land more profitable deals.

Minimum qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, Supply Chain Management, or other related disciplines.
  • 0-3 years of relevant experience in supply chain management
  • Excellent communication skills, analytical, quantitative, problem-solving, creativity, and strategic skills.
  • Ability to take initiative, work well under pressure, and reach goals.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English. 
  • Good interpersonal communication and coordination skills.
  • Short-term travel requirements

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Japanese or Thai.
