The Jazz Up Internship Program offers an exceptional opportunity for driven students who are looking for the opportunity to gain first-hand experience of working within a top global company to grow, create and innovate. This internship isn’t about fetching coffee; it’s about driving real-world project and collaborating on group initiatives that will leave a lasting impact!

We are looking for high calibre, ambitious and creative students who want to be challenged to unveil their full potential. If you are successful in the application process, we will structure your development around a clearly defined set of deliverables with well-structed trainings. Last but not least, you will get to know BAT Taiwan and its global business world for 3 months!

ROLE POSITIONING AND OBJECTIVES

You will get to join one of our functions to be part of our “Jazz Up Interns" based on your individual strengths and interests. Then your role won’t be responsible for only supporting the Line Manager in the day-to-day operational tasks and activities of the function. Most importantly, you’ll be given projects to work on for the period of your internship.

CRUCIAL EXPERIENCE, SKILLS AND KNOWLEDGE

• Students expecting a Bachelor's/ Master's degree in Business, Finance, Engineering, Supply Chain, Human Resources, Marketing or related discipline in 2024/ early 2025
• Proficient in written and spoken English
• Familiar with Microsoft Excel, Word & Powerpoint
• Ambitious and agile individuals with demonstrated leadership capabilities via extra-curricular activities
• Strong collaboration skills with people from different levels, backgrounds and experiences
