AlleyPin is a leading CRM company focused on providing CRM solutions for clinics. We prioritize integrity in all aspects of our business and work closely with established HIS providers. We are seeking a SRE with 2+ years of experience to join our team.
Responsibilities:
- Collect and analyze metrics from operating systems and applications to assist in performance tuning and fault diagnosis.
- Collaborate with development teams to improve services and release procedures.
- Participate in system design consultations, platform management, and capacity planning.
- Create sustainable systems and services through automation and enhancement.
- Plan and execute reliability testing, and stress testing.
- Plan for disaster recovering.
- Responsibility for system alert, maintain production services availability.
Requirements:
- Experience with distributed technologies such as GCP, k8s, istio, and helm, kustomize, bazel, GitOps
- Basic understanding of networking theory and protocols (layer 3 and above, such as DNS, TCP/IP, HTTP/HTTPS)
- Basic knowledge of database management systems
- Coding experience that goes beyond simple scripting.
- A proactive approach to identifying problems, performance bottlenecks, and areas for improvement.
